Funeral services for Linda Kaye Harris will be held at 2:00pm on  Saturday, January 27, 2018 at New Haven M.B. Church. Rev. Rodney D. Corbin will officiate. Burial will be at Jackson Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday, January 26, 2018 from 4:00pm-6:00pm at Brown's Chapel.

Linda Kaye Harris was born on August 5, 1958 in Helena, Arkansas to Earnestine and the late George Harmon, Sr.

Linda confessed a hope in Christ at an early age and later united with the True Vine Missionary Baptist Church in West Helena, AR.

Linda is preceded in death by her son, Alvin King, Jr., a daughter, Linda King, her brother, Fredrick Hermon, her father, George Harmon, Sr. and her best friend, Doris Jean Jackson.

Linda Kaye Harris departed this life on January 18, 2018 in West Helena, Arkansas surrounded by family and friends.

Linda leaves to cherish her life memories to her husband, Barney Harris, her children; Reshonda Carter-Wilson, Angela Chestnut, Audrey Chestnut of West Helena, Arkansas, Andrew Chestnut, Jr. (Kim) of Jonesboro, Arkansas, a loving and supportive mother, Earnestine Harmon, eight sister; Martha Harris, Jacoqulin Harmon, Debra(Ivory)Hunter of West Helena, AR, Debbie Mobley and Sharon Williams of Riverdale, GA, Benita(Calvin)Page of Canton, MS, Karen Harmon-Barber of Conway, AR, Sharonda(James)Jones of Bloomington, IN, six brothers; George Harmon, Jr., Michael Harmon, Sr., Calvin Harmon, Dexter Harmon of West Helena, AR, Anthony Mathews of Madison, AL and Corey Randle of Lake Havasu City, AZ, fourteen grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
