Funeral services for the late Fannie Mae Bell Fulcher will be held on Saturday, June 2, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. at the PLM&D Center. Rev. Austin Hill will officiate. 


Visitation will be held Friday, June 1, 2018 from 12:00-6:00 P.M. at Stephens Funeral Home Chapel.


Interment will be at Jackson Memorial Gardens in Southland


Repast will be at the Phillips County Developmental Center Hwy 49

Fannie Mae Bell was born on May 16, 1938 to the late James and Betty Bell. Fannie confessed a hope in Christ at an early age at Blackfoot Missionary Baptist Church and later Galilee Missionary Baptist Church, where she remained a faithful member until her health started to decline. Fannie worked 36 years at McKnight Plywood and Walmart before retiring. 


Fannie was preceded in death by her husband, Will Fulcher SR; two sons, Anthony and Marvin Fulcher; one grandson, Gregory Fulcher, her parents, brothers Elijah Bell, Henry Bell, Steve Bell, Kelvin Bell; sisters Dorothy Bell-Gilmore, Charlene Bell- Watson, Betty Bell-Gray, Brenda Bell-Few and Everlena Bell James. Her sister-in-laws Lens Burnett, Cora Fulcher, and Flowreen Sims.


 Fannie leaves to cherish her memories; daughters, Sherrie Fulcher-Palmer of Barton, AR; Linda (Glen) Fulcher of Jonesboro, AR;  and Larhonda Fulcher of Maumelle, AR; sons Will Fulcher Jr; Tommy Fulcher, and Wayne Fulcher SR; of West Helena, AR; and  Floyd Fulcher of Jonesboro, AR; 22 Grandchildren, brothers, James Bell and Larry Bell of Minneapolis, MN; sisters Shirley (Mack) Franklin, Mary (Dan) Bell and Ruby Turner of Kankaee IL; Special friends Bobbie Jean Brewer, Flordia Jones, Martha Wright and James Henry Young. A host of nieces, nephews, great grandchildren, cousins and other relatives who will miss her dearly.
