The 2017 honor graduates attending classes on the Helena-West Helena campus of Phillips Community College of the University of Arkansas (PCCUA) were honored during a reception preceding commencement exercises on Friday, May 19. The honor graduates were recognized for their dedication in maintaining a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5.

The 2017 honor graduates attending classes on the Helena-West Helena campus of Phillips Community College of the University of Arkansas (PCCUA) were honored during a reception preceding commencement exercises on Friday, May 19. The honor graduates were recognized for their dedication in maintaining a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5.

Among the 2017 honor graduates were: Lindsey Aycock, of Helena-West Helena; Denia Boose, of Poplar Grove; Kingston Brothers, of Helena; Christian Carter, of Moro; Serena Clark, of Poplar Grove; Clayton Collier, of Helena; Brianna Conley, Ronni Crisp, Keith Fairchild, Robin Haynes, and Lukas Mans, all of Helena-West Helena; Jordan McClure and Joshua Mullinax, both of Lexa; Martin Rawls and Taylor Smith, both of Helena-West Helena; Rebekah Smothers, of LaGrange; and Katerra Thomas, of Turner.

Selected Outstanding Students by the faculty for their division were: Ashley Brown – Division of Allied Health; Lindsey Aycock – Division of Applied Technology; Lukas Mans – Division of Arts and Sciences; and Denia Boose – Division of Business and Information Systems. These students embody the spirit of PCCUA on their campus.
