Funeral services for Deloris Jean Coleman will be held 11 a.m., Saturday, August 8 at New Haven M.B. Church. Rev. Rodney D. Corbin will officiate.
Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. on Saturday, August 8 at New Haven M.B. Church.
Deloris Coleman was born on December 25, 1960 to the late Pete Coleman and Helen Brown in Marvell.
Deloris confessed a hope in Christ at an early age and was baptized as a declaration of her faith. She was a faithful member of the New Haven M.B. Church of Helena-West Helena, until her health failed.
Deloris was a graduate of Central High School Class of 1979. Deloris was a young woman with a radiant smile and a big heart for everyone. Many people loved her. She would give you her last. Deloris will be truly missed.
She departed this life on Saturday, August 1, 2015. Her mother, Helen Childress, her father, Pete Coleman and aunts and uncles, preceded Deloris in death.
She leaves to cherish her memory, four brothers, Mark Alfred Kines of Helena-West Helena, Ricky Brown of Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, Robert (Cathy) Brown of Prior Lake, Minnesota, and Freddie Childress of Calgary Alberta, Canada; a sister-in-law, Cathy Brown; a special aunt, Artelia Brown; an uncle, J.T. Brown; a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, dear friends; and a special friend, Pat Johnson.
