Jerome Suddath Jr., 55, of Marvell, passed away Monday, Feb. 23, 2015 at his home.

Jerome Suddath Jr., 55, of Marvell, passed away Monday, Feb. 23, 2015 at his home. 

Mr. Suddath was born June 8, 1959 at Helena, to the late Richard Jerome Suddath Sr. and the late Edwene A. Yahnke Suddath.  He was a member of Marvell Methodist Church and a farmer.

He leaves his wife of 25 years, Margaret Ann Jones Suddath; a son, Cliff Heffner (Kristy) of Marks, Miss.; a daughter, Tammie Dugger (Chris) of Batesville, Miss.; three grandchildren, Jake Heffner, Josh Heffner and Zack Dugger; a sister, Becky Harris of Houston, Texas; a brother, Ed Suddath of Houston; nieces, Haley McDowell and Leslie Wilson; two great-nieces, Meri Hendrix and Elisa McDowell; a very special friend, Brian Stoner; and a host of other family and friends.

His parents preceded him in death.

A service for Jerome Suddath will be held 2 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 26, 2015 at Marvell United Methodist Church.  Visitation will be held before the service from noon to 2 p.m. at the church.  Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Park in Helena-West Helena.  Brother Gary Maskell will officiate.

Pallbearers are Brian Stoner, Frank Polk, Mike Ervin, John Robbins III, Kyle Stoner and Randy VonKanel.  Honorary pallbearers are Frank Griffin, Allen Hirsch Sr. and John Atkins.
