A Phillips County woman has been arrested and charged with delivery of control substance, methamphetamines possession of methamphetamines, possession of drug paraphernalia with the intent to use, and possession of drug paraphernalia according to the Phillips County sheriff’s Department.

 

A Phillips County woman has been arrested and charged with delivery of control substance, methamphetamines possession of methamphetamines, possession of drug paraphernalia with the intent to use, and possession of drug paraphernalia according to the Phillips County sheriff’s Department.
On March 23, sheriff’s deputies executed a search warrant at the residence of Peggy Barnes, 38, of 275 Phillips County Road. As a result of the search deputies allegedly discovered a white powdery substance that field-tested positive for methamphetamine.
Barnes is currently being held at the Phillips County jail. Her bond was set at $20,000. According to the sheriff’s Department, additional warrants are still being processed.
