Lois Virginia Cloud White, 80, a resident of Charleston, Mo. died Feb. 23, 2012 at her home.



 



Born Aug. 30, 1931, at Tiptonville, Tenn. to the late James Claud and Hazel Odell Reynolds Cloud, she was a graduate of the Tiptonville High School.  After high school, she moved to Charleston and in 1957 moved to West Helena where she lived until she returned to Charleston in 1991.  She was a member of the Church of Christ.



 



Survivors include, a son, Loyd White Jr. and his wife Sandy of Water Valley, Miss.; two daughters, Rose Seaton and her husband, Skeet, of Helena-West Helena; and Katherine Dillion and her husband Roger of Searcy; two brothers, James (Alma Jean) Cloud of East Prairie, Mo. and Johnny Cloud of Benton, Mo.; two sisters, Patsy (Carl Ray) Miller of Benton, Mo. and Peggy Walls of Marianna; 5 grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.



 



Besides her parents, two brothers, Jackie Cloud and Jerry Cloud and a sister, Kathy Cloud, preceded her in death.



 



Visitation will be from 2 p.m. until the funeral hour at 3 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 25, 2012, at the McMikle Funeral Home.  Danny Jaekel, minister with the Charleston Church of Christ, will officiate.



 



Interment will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery near Charleston under the direction of the McMikle Funeral Home.
