J.W. Graham, 80, of Lexa, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 21, 2011 in Jonesboro.
J.W. Graham, 80, of Lexa, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 21, 2011 in Jonesboro. Mr. Graham was born July 16, 1931 to the late Walter James and Velma Todd Graham.
He was a member of the Lexa Baptist Church and worked for Barton School for 46 years.
Mr. Graham leaves his wife of 59 years, Georgia Mae Graves Graham; three sons, Richard Kenneth “Ken” Kirkpatrick (Mary Jo) of Nesbitt, Miss., Thomas Walter Graham (Pamela) of Jonesboro and Billy Jo Graham (Tonya) of Trumann; a daughter, Pamela Darlene Crews (Joe) of Shreveport, La.; 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Opal Muscalino of Lexa and Lynda Graham of Little Rock; three brothers, Eugene Graham (Frances) of Immokalee, Fla., Franklin Graham of Pontotoc, Miss., Charles “Sonny” Graham of Mayflower and Jerry Graham (Cathy) of Tulsa, Okla.
Funeral services for J.W. Graham will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 24, 2011 at the Lexa Baptist Church in Lexa. Burial will follow in Central Cemetery in Lexa. Rev. Tommy Jacobs will officiate. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, Dec. 23 at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home.
Pallbearers are Andy Graham, Kenny Guin, Jeff Carter, Richard Semiche, Russell Crews and Phillip Sterling.
Honorary Pallbearers are David Bagley, Daryle Burks, Fred Graves, Brandon Graham, Scott Phelps and Lawrence Smith.
