Barton hits the road for baseball opener

The Barton Bears travels to England today to take on the Lions in their 3-2A conference opener.’
Coached by Jason Hathcock, the Bears will be playing their home games at the J.R. House Athletic Complex.
The Bears will have a favorable schedule with most of their 2-3A games being played at home.
Barton will face Central 4 p.m. Tuesday in a home game that is expected to attract fans for both schools.
The girls softball team has a full schedule as well. They also traveled to England for a late afternoon game today.
