Dear Editor:
Which house would you like to see everyday in your neighborhood? (Photos are in the Tuesday edition of The Daily World) Well, we see both!
What are we to do about dilapidated burned out houses, property that has grass and weeds that are uncut, trash thrown on our streets and in our yards? When and have we lost all of our civic pride?
Maybe “No Litter” signs and fines levied on those who have no respect for our community would help.
Please let’s do something before we look like a third world country.
Let’s keep Arkansas beautiful-especially Helena-West Helena.
