Graveside services for Billy Braxton Cavette, 65, of Prairie Grove will be held 2 p.m. today (Jan. 27, 2010) at Sunset Memorial Park in Helena-West Helena. Rev. Larry Rice will officiate. A memorial service also will be held for Billy at 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 30, 2010 at the Washington Regional Clinic Billing Office at 82W Sunbridge in Fayetteville.
Cavette, born Sept. 24, 1944 in Marvell to the late James Monroe Cavette and Helen Louise Lawrence Cavette, died Saturday, Jan. 23, 2010 in Little Rock.
He leaves his wife, Judy Welch Cavette; a son, Michael Monroe Cavette of Bella Vista; two sisters, Norma J. Leslie of Benton and Stella L. Ambrose and husband, Jerry of Ripley, Miss.; two brothers, James H. Cavette and wife, Deane, of Barton and Bobby J. Cavette Sr. and wife, Linda of Helena-West Helena.
His parents preceded him in death.
Pallbearers are Bobby Cavette Jr., Jack Cavette, Elton Leslie Jr., David Leslie, Jimmy Brown, Brandon Lum and Terry Leslie. Honorary pallbearers are Richard Welch, Traci Welch, Christopher Welch, Eric Lum, David Dickerson and Claude Bacila.
