Graveside services for Evelyn Marie Wyssbrod, 82, of Marvell will be held 11 a.m. today at the Schaffhauser Cemetery in Marvell. Lynn Lumpkin will officiate.
Wyssbrod, born Nov. 5, 1926 in Marvell to John and Earl Dulaney, the eldest of six children, died Dec. 10, 2008 at her home in Marvell.
She leaves five sons, William Wallace Wyssbrod Jr. and his wife, Gloria of Moscow, Tenn., Wayne David Wyssbrod and his wife, Francis of Marvell, Winfred Wyssbrod and his wife, Dovie of Lexa, Wade Wyssbrod and wife, Susan of Covington, Tenn., Winston Wyssbrod and wife, Pat of Indiana; and a daughter, Janice Bottorff of Marvell; 13 grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren.
Preceding her in death were her parents, her husband, William Wallace Wyssbrod Sr., who was a World War II veteran; four sisters, Montine Lamar, Elsie Lumpkin, Mable Fitts, Janette Ward and brother, Thomas (Buddy) Dulaney, who both died in 2008; a grandchild, April Wyssbrod and a great grandchild.
Pallbearers will be William Wallace (Trey) Wyssbrod III, Wayne David (Big Sug) Wyssbrod Jr., Victor Dulaney, Michael Dulaney, Bruce Bottorff and Garren Bottorff.Honorary pallbearers will be Jackie Ford, James Bottorff and Byron Roberts.
The family expresses a special thanks to Wyssbrod’s sister-in-law, Jennie Dulaney.
Bob Neal-Brickell Funeral Home in Marvell will direct services.
