Katherine Elizabeth Rae Florek, 15, of Helena died Friday, June 27, 2008 in Aubrey.  Katie Beth was born Oct. 9, 1992 in Newport to Ralph Frederick Florek and Beth Phillips Florek.
She leaves her mother, Beth of Helena; her father, Ralph of La.; brothers, Kevin Florek of Chalmette, La. and Fred Florek and Reyna of Sunset, La.; grandmother, Beverly Phillips of Helena; niece and nephew, Isabella and Alexander Florek; aunts, Connie Huff and Wayne and Debbie King and Rodger; cousins, Lauren Huff, Chris Stevens and Amanda and Dylan Stevens.
Her grandfather Allan Phillips preceded her in death.
Services for Katie Beth will be held at 10 a.m., Tuesday, July 1, 2008 at Helena First United Methodist Church.  Rev. Carolyn Doering will officiate. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Park in Helena-West Helena.
