Frances Ryan Bramlett, 87, of Gulfport, Miss., died Monday March 8, 2010 in Gulfport.  She was born in Vinton, Va. and was a longtime resident of Birmingham, Ala. before moving to Gulfport in 1967.  She was a member of St. James Catholic Church, Gulfport.
  Her husband, James Edward Bramlett and a daughter, Sandra Bramlett, preceded her in death.
  Two sons, Tom Bramlett of Los Angeles and James Wesley of St. Louis and a sister, Wyllene Mozingo of Maine, survive her.
  The Mass of Christian Burial will be held  2 p.m. Saturday, March 13at St. James Catholic Church in Gulfport where friends may visit from 1:30 to the service. The graveside will be Monday, March 15 at 2:30 p.m. at Biloxi National Cemetery.
Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home in Gulfport is in charge of arrangements.
