Wooster will be holding its annual Independence Celebration Saturday, June 23, 2018. Festivities begin at 4 p.m. with the lawn mower pulls and will conclude with a fireworks display at dusk.
During the afternoon, there will be a live band, kids' games and prizes, a bounce house, and a pie and cake auction. Concessions will also be available.
A patriotic program will be held prior to the fireworks. Wooster Mayor Terry Robinson will officiate the program and Faulkner County Judge Jim Baker will address the public. Other elected officials and candidates are also invited to participate.
