Katrina Brown has been named to serve as Entergy Arkansas customer service representative in the Stuttgart and Helena areas, replacing Tongia Gaston, who has accepted a new assignment in Pine Bluff.  

A 12-year Entergy veteran, Brown worked most recently as a specialist in the major accounts billing department. In this capacity she gained valuable customer service expertise working with Entergy Arkansas’ largest customers on issues related to both service and billing. Prior to that, she was an account specialist, helping customers with billing issues, location changes and similar requests.

As a customer service representative, Brown’s responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships between Entergy and local community and government leaders and managing service inquiries and service resolutions and concerns with residential, commercial & large industrial accounts.  

Brown is a 2018 graduate of Arkansas Tech University with a bachelor’s degree in professional studies.
