BELLE AVENUE, 600 BLOCK: A flat screen TV and a PlayStation 4 valued at $900 were reported stolen in a residential burglary.

PHOENIX AVENUE, 4600 BLOCK: Two concrete saws, a hammer drill, a laser survey system, miscellaneous tools, three chargers with two batteries, a banding gun, a laser, a pair of crimpers, a pair of snippers, a pair of garden snips, a radio and charger, a saw with batteries and a charger, an electric double-cut saw, a grinder and a hammer drill with a charger and batteries valued at $7,878 were reported stolen in a break-in. An enclosed trailer and a shipping container sustained $2,000 damage.

LOOKOUT DRIVE, 7000 BLOCK: A residential burglary was reported.

NORTH 33RD STREET, 1300 BLOCK: A laptop, a backpack, money, an FM transmitter and school supplies valued at $560 were reported stolen from a vehicle.

GRAND AVENUE, 2700 BLOCK: A washer and a dryer valued at $900 were reported stolen.

SOUTH 20TH STREET, 600 BLOCK: Two machetes valued at $60 were reported stolen in a residential burglary.

NORTH ALBERT PIKE AVENUE, 1200 BLOCK: A TaoTao Moped valued at $900 was reported stolen.

NORTH 7TH STREET, 1800 BLOCK: A tablet, oxycodone and dicyclomine valued at $152 were reported stolen in a vehicle break-in.

HILLSIDE DRIVE, 800 BLOCK: A handicap placard valued at $1 was reported stolen in a vehicle break-in.

NORTH 43RD STREET, 200 BLOCK: Two laptops and an Apple TV console valued at $900 were reported stolen in a residential burglary.

ALABAMA AVENUE, 2900 BLOCK: Oxycodone valued at $1 was reported stolen.

OLD GREENWOOD ROAD, 1700 BLOCK: A purse, a flute, money, a key fob and a handgun valued at $5,320 were reported stolen.

ASSAULTS

A FORT SMITH WOMAN reported a man entered her house without her permission, jumped on her, punched her and constricted her breathing.

CHARLES E. ALBRITTON OF FORT SMITH was arrested on suspicion of felony aggravated assault on a family or household member and misdemeanor possession of a Schedule VI controlled substance under four ounces and possession of drug paraphernalia.

DOMINIQUE ANTHONY GOREE OF FORT SMITH was arrested on suspicion of felony third-degree domestic battery, misdemeanor third-degree domestic battery and two counts of misdemeanor first-degree criminal mischief under $1,000. 

HUBERT RAY BROMLEY OF FORT SMITH was arrested on suspicion of felony aggravated assault on a family or household member.

ANDREW J. WINSLOW OF VAN BUREN was arrested on suspicion of felony aggravated assault on a family or household member and a parole violation.

CHARLES RAYMOND MCDERMOTT OF FORT SMITH was arrested on suspicion of felony second-degree battery.

LEXUS STAR MATEVIA OF FORT SMITH was arrested on a felony second-degree battery warrant.

FORGERIES/FRAUDS

AN EMPLOYEE AT MCDONALD'S, 2221 Grand Ave., said a woman handed her a fake $20 bill when paying for an order.

A BENTONVILLE MAN reported someone hacked his Walmart card and used it to make five purchases. He said he canceled two, but that three purchases valued at $1,078.62 were picked up at Walmart locations around Fort Smith.

A FORT SMITH WOMAN reported someone used her stolen debit card valued at $1 to make a purchase of $33.96 at a gas station. She said her debit card was stolen with $1,200 cash in the 800 block of Garrison Avenue.

A ROGERS WOMAN reported four fraudulent charges totaling $535.48 to her debit card at businesses in Fort Smith.

A LITTLE ROCK MAN reported four fraudulent charges totaling $2,476.65 to his business debit card at businesses in Fort Smith.

A FORT SMITH WOMAN reported two fraudulent charges to her husband's credit card totaling $3.04 at two Sonics in Fort Smtih.

TERRORISTIC THREATENING

AN EMPLOYEE AT A COX COMMUNICATION SOLUTION STORE, 8100 Rogers Ave., said a man told employees he wanted to blow up the store because he was upset with service.

OTHER INCIDENTS/ARRESTS

A FORT SMITH WOMAN reported her sister had been missing since April 17.

A FORT SMITH MAN reported his wife's daughter had been missing since either April 13 or April 14.

A FORT SMITH MAN reported his roommate is missing. He said he had not seen her since the evening of April 10 and that she had not messaged him since April 11.

BRIAUNA MARIE MOSES OF FORT SMITH was arrested on suspicion of felony breaking or entering a building or structure and possession of marijuana with intent to deliver.
