Following a spring of heavy rains and flooding in some sections of Arkansas, crops throughout the state seem to be doing quite well. Soybeans and cotton acreage has returned to numbers not seen in The Natural State for several years. Cotton is making a gradual comeback. Rice was the hardest hit by the excessive wet spring.
