Law enforcement officials are investigating a bank robbery that allegedly occurred at the Midland Heights Branch of the Helena National Bank. The incident was reported by a Memphis television station.

According to WHBQ Fox 13, officers were called to the branch bank located on Oakland Avenue between 8 and 8:30 a.m. Tuesday morning.

Fox 13 reports that Arkansas State Police and the FBI are investigating the robbery.

Reports say that the suspect was wearing camouflage pants, a black jacket and a dark-colored bandana.

Law enforcement officials told the TV station that the man was armed with a handgun and forced the workers into the building. The report did not say how much money was taken in the holdup.

The main branch of Helena National Bank was the scene of two armed robberies during a 15-day span back in January. Both times the suspect got away with an undetermined amount of cash. No arrests have been made in those incidents.
