Helena -West Helena Police Criminal Investigation officers are investigating the armed robbery of Hays manager Keith Moise. The incident occurred around 5:50 p.m. Wednesday on the parking lot at the grocery store in the Twin City Shopping Center.
Moise was getting into his truck preparing to go to a local bank to make the store’s deposit when an unidentified black male with a pistol approached him. The robber pulled open the truck door and stole the moneybag from Moise and fled the scene on foot.
The robber was described as a black male with a medium complexion, between 5’8 and 5’10 tall, with a slender build, wearing a do-rag on his head and a black shirt.
