Bobby Hall, program associate of the Arkansas Procurement Assistance Center, discussed the services that APAC offers for free at the noon meeting of the Helena-West Helena Rotary club Wednesday.
APAC is a statewide economic development program operated by the University of Arkansas Cooperative Extension Services under a Cost-sharing Cooperative Agreement with the Department of Defense.
“Our mission is to provide training and resources that help Arkansas businesses generate revenues and thereby create or retain jobs for Arkansans through effective government contracting with additional matching support from 3rd party sponsors,” commented Hall.
