A woman who lives in the 100 block of Dennis Drive reported that her 1995 Nissan Maxima was stolen from its parking space near the Central High gym. The vehicle being driven by her son was stolen last week. The vehicle was recovered later in the day behind Shoe Bag on Oakland Avenue.
A woman who lives in the 800 block of Plaza Street reported to police last week that her home had been broken into. Taken in the break-in was a DVD player, a TV, and three pairs of baby shoes. The TV was recovered behind the residence.
Lisa Seals of Marvell reported to police Monday that her vehicle parked in the 800 block of Sebastian was broken into. Missing from her car are her driver’s license, a black wallet and five credit cards.
A woman who lives in the 200 block of North 11th Street reported to police last week that her residence had been broken into possibly through the back door. At this time nothing has been reported missing.
A woman who lives on Parkdale reported Saturday her house had been broken into. Entry had apparently been gained through a side window by removing a window unit air conditioner. Taken in the break-in were a 52-inch Samsung TV, an X-box 360, Magnavox DVD player, bottle of Viagra, and a large touch screen AT&T cell phone. The woman’s neighbor reported seeing a red Tahoe at the woman’s house while she was away.
A woman who lives in the 600 block of East Garland reported to police last week that her home had been broken into. Entry had apparently been gained through an east side window. Missing are a Dell computer, jewelry, two TV’s, a digital camera and a DVD player. While investigating police observed that all the rooms in the woman’s house had been ransacked.
