Jeff Lynch, President and CEO of Eagle Bank & Trust, announces the promotions of Beverly Cothren to Vice President of Administration and Assistant BSA Officer and Clay Dickerson to Assistant Vice President and North Region Manager of Retail Banking.
Cothren has over 26 years of past experience working in sales, customer service and management analyst prior to joining Eagle Bank in August 2015 as Executive Assistant. Beverly is significantly involved with community activities by serving as a Heber Springs Chamber of Commerce Champion and volunteering for other Chamber and community events including the highly acclaimed Little Rock Marathon. She received her Associates of Liberal Arts and General Studies from Arkansas State Beebe in 2015. A native of Columbus, Georgia, Beverly and her husband Steve, who reside in Quitman, are the proud parents of a son and daughter-in-law who live in Durham, North Carolina and a daughter and son-in-law residing in Damascus, Arkansas who gave them a grandson, the apple of their eye. She is a member of the First Baptist Church of Heber Springs.
Dickerson began his employment at Eagle Bank in 2013 as Manager of the Bank’s Fairfield Bay Branch. Dickerson was then promoted to Area Manager for all eight branches located in the North Market. He received his BSBA degree from The University of Central Arkansas in May of 2008. He is a past President of the Fairfield Bay Rotary Club and currently serves as an Ambassador of the Heber Springs Chamber of Commerce. A native of Drasco, he and his wife Maegan now reside in Quitman and are the proud parents of their one year old son Sawyer. He and his family are active members of The Oak Grove Church of God. This well-deserved promotion to Officer Status is in recognition of Dickerson’s outstanding talents and leadership skills in leading the overall retail operations of the bank’s Northern Market said Lynch.
