Author is yet another hat that Vivian Hoskins can put in her closet of roles and titles.

Back in February Xlibris published Hoskins’ second collection of short stories and poems. This selection of works is entitled “Perfect Moments for Grown Folks” and is available from Barnes & Noble and Amazon.com in soft cover and e-book versions.

The collection of Hoskins works is a sequel to her “Perfect Moments – Mature Relationships” published in May 2013.

Ever since she was a little girl, Hoskins says, other people have been a fascination and her inspiration for telling and writing interesting stories.

“As a child, my captive audience for storytelling was my six sisters and three brothers,” stated Hoskins.

Today, she enjoys writing, spending time with her family, singing and playing and making up games. Hoskins also volunteers in the Helena-West Helena community, mentors young ladies and creates some of her own jewelry.

Hoskins has been employed by Phillips College for the past 15 years. She is also a former employee of The Helena World.

She will be participating in a book signing brunch Saturday, April 5 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Phillips County Library.vivian
