  • Christopher D. Williams, better known as "KC", departed this life on Tuesday, Feb. 25, 2014 at The Med in Memphis, Tenn.

  • Christopher D. Williams was born to Dortha Williams and his biological father, Albert Haynes on Feb. 10, 1977 in Helena. 
    Christopher D. Williams was raised in Detroit, Mich. and was baptized at an early age at Spirit of Love Baptist Church in Detroit. He later moved to Jonesboro where he worked as a porter for eight years at Burger King.
    His grandparents, Earline and Sam Fonzie Sr., and Nancy Bledsoe, two uncles, Elis Williams and Odell Bledsoe and a cousin, Walter “L.C”, preceded him in death. Williams Jr. 
    Christopher D. Williams, better known as "KC", departed this life on Tuesday, Feb. 25, 2014 at The Med in Memphis, Tenn. 
    He leaves to cherish his loving memory, his only child, a daughter, Kaidence Williams of Dallas, Texas, his mother, Dortha (Dwight) Robinson of Jonesboro; his father, Tonnie Bledsoe of Helena-West Helena; four sisters, Nakicia (Brian) Williams of Blytheville, Tammy Haynes, Tasha Haynes and Tiffany Haynes; a brother, Albert Haynes Jr.; nieces, Starrkeisha Williams, Tyakeisha Williams and Brianna Matthews, all of Blytheville; his girlfriend, Lorine Goodman of Jonesboro; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.  
    Funeral services for Christopher D. Williams will be 2 p.m. Saturday, March 8, 2014 in the Robert Lee Brown Memorial Chapel. Rev. Kenioun Williams will officiate. Burial will be in New Zion Cemetery.
