Having toured the world, the Liverpool Legends, handpicked by Louise Harrison, sister of the late George Harrison of The Beatles, will perform in Helena-West Helena as a Warfield Concert this month. Come celebrate the greatest artists of all time as these fabulous four musicians appear in a tribute concert to The Beatles at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 16, in Lily Peter Auditorium at Phillips Community College of the University of Arkansas (PCCUA). The event is being sponsored in memory of Walter and Louise Smith. Widely regarded as the greatest and most influential act of the rock era, The Beatles and their music are treasured today. Performing the legendary hits of The Beatles from the beginning years to their solo careers, the Liverpool Legends deliver “The Complete Beatles Experience” right down to their vintage instruments, wardrobe, and special effects. Their authentic talent has taken them around the globe appearing in such famous places as Carnegie Hall and the Cavern Club in Liverpool, recording in London's legendary Abbey Road Studios, and appearing with Denny Laine (co-founder of Wings with Paul McCartney), Pete Best (the original Beatles drummer) and the Boston Pops. While headlining “International Beatles Week” in Liverpool, over 100,000 Beatles fans jammed the streets for their performance. They have also appeared on the Travel Channel's “Beatlemania Britain.” All Warfield Concerts are free with a ticket. Download your tickets from our website at www.warfieldconcerts.com.
