  • An overturned Hummer a hunter discovered in the woods in the Springdale Road and 10th Street Park area of Helena-West Helena turned out to be a stolen vehicle according to a incident report filed by the Phillips County Sheriff's Office.

  • An overturned Hummer a hunter discovered in the woods in the Springdale Road and 10th Street Park area of Helena-West Helena turned out to be a stolen vehicle according to a incident report filed by the Phillips County Sheriff's Office. Sheriff's deputies received a call from the hunter on Dec. 9. Deputies responded to the call and went to the area where they discovered the vehicle. The Palestine Police Department reported the theft of the vehicle on Dec.6. Palestine law enforcement officials sent a wrecker service to pick up the Hummer. Anyone with information regarding the stolen Hummer should immediately contact the Palestine Police Department at (870) 581- 2489 or the PCSO at 338-5555. Investigation officers were PSCO deputies Sylvester Rose and Tommie Bivens and Helena-West Helena Police Officer Chris Miller.
