One of Phillips County's most beloved and requested holiday events is just around the corner, featuring Helena Little Theatre and the Performing Arts Department of Phillips Community College of the University of Arkansas (PCCUA) in a Warfield Concert presentation.
Celebrate the Season will be performed at 2:30pm and 7:30pm Sunday, Dec. 8, in Lily Peter Auditorium at PCCUA-Helena-West Helena. Helena Marine Service, in memory of Jim Walden, and Roller Citizens Funeral Home is presenting this holiday musical celebration of the season.
Celebrate the Season will feature the tremendous talents of local performers and is sure to get you in the Christmas Spirit. Everyone loves the music of Christmas, from the youngest wide-eyed child filled with the wonder of the season, to the most mature adult who has experienced the joy of dozens of Christmases past. This holiday production is packed full of the sights and sounds of the most wonderful time of the year. Featuring a large cast of singers, wonderful holiday music, beautiful scenery, and magical lighting effects, this musical performance will delight audiences of all ages. Be on the lookout, as Santa Claus is scheduled to make a special appearance from the North Pole. Join us for an exciting and festive holiday celebration at this joyous time of the year.
