Initiating a new wellness program urging employees and students to get fit and increasing the awareness of good health practices, Phillips Community College of the University of Arkansas kicked off a walk-run program on its Helena-West Helena campus Wednesday. PCCUA employees and students were invited to take part in 5K Your Way, a program that gradually eases participants into completing three miles (or 5K) in just a few weeks. Led by PCCUA Chancellor Dr. Steven Murray (center), PCCUA's wellness champion, the group walked a one-mile route that is marked on campus.
