  • Camp Doodlebug is here again. For its fourth year, Camp Doodlebug is offering a variety of artistic activities for children ages 7 through 12. The camp began Monday, July 22, and will continue through Friday, July 26 from 9 a.m. to noon at Phillips Community College. This year's teachers are Elizabeth Hensley, who teaches art at Miller School and Brent Harris, who teaches art at Central High School. Together these instructors bring over 47 years of art teaching experience. Paulette Parker, president of the Arkansas Delta Arts Partnership that sponsors the camp, would like to encourage parents to take advantage of this wonderful opportunity to attend Camp Doodlebug. “There is something for everyone”, commented Parker. Snacks and supplies will be provided. Space is limited. For more information, please call 817-1236 or 995-9605.
