No helper? No problem for ceiling fan installation

Rather than enlisting his wife to hold the heavy motor of a ceiling fan during installation, Club member Terry Miller of Bristol, Tennessee, came up with this idea. He used an S-hook to hang the motor from the mounting bracket, freeing his hands so that he could make the wiring connections. Once the wiring was done, Terry simply lifted the motor off of the hook and fastened it to the mounting bracket. Brought to you by: American Profile - Inspirational Stories & American History
