Insulating air compressor hoses keep your home’s interiors safe

When you’re using pneumatic tools for indoor remodeling projects, try this tip from Club member Marshall Resnik of Fayetteville, Georgia. Wrap the air hose with 3/4-in.-dia. PVC foam pipe insulation. The foam will prevent the rubber hose from marring your home’s interior surfaces, and because the foam is semirigid, it will help to keep the air hose from coiling up on itself while you work.
