James Nolan Higgins “Jim/Jack” died following a brief illness on July 1, 2013. He was 85. A man of great faith, he was very active in the Faith Anglican Church. He worked with engineers for many years, mostly on large buildings, like hospitals, helping people solve problems. That was his greatest joy in life, helping others. He made many friends over the years. He leaves his wife, Ann Higgins, a son, Jack Webster Higgins and a daughter, Patricia Ann Richards; seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren. Visitation will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, July 6 at the Faith Anglican Church at 9555 Walnut corner Road in Cordova, Tenn. a memorial service will follow at 2 p.m. Friends and family served as honorary pallbearers. The family requests no flowers and that memorial donations be made to the Faith Anglican Church building in his honor.
