  • It's less than five weeks away and for Rotary Club the itinerary of events were welcoming as the Wild Hog Music Fest and Motorcycle Rally committee members Jeff Steele and Leslie Chin presented the events for this years Wild Hog Fest.

  • It's less than five weeks away and for Rotary Club the itinerary of events were welcoming as the Wild Hog Music Fest and Motorcycle Rally committee members Jeff Steele and Leslie Chin presented the events for this years Wild Hog Fest. “This year's Wild Hog Fest will take place in non other than Historic Downtown Helena April 25 through the 28 and will reflect most of the same enjoyable events,” commented Steele. This years line up of musicians and events includes Thursday night's early registration followed by the volunteer and Sponsor party from 6 pm till everyone leaves for the evening. “Free food and Beverages, live band and great company, to start things off right,” encouraged Steele. Friday events will include the annual Bike Parade and music from The Memphis Yahoos, Geneva, 7 Bridges (all Eagles cover band) and Purfeck Daze. The good times just keep coming, as Saturday events promise the poker run, bike show, bike games like the Dyno Shootout, barrel roll, water balloon toss and more. Games include the Mechanical Bull Rides, Oil Wrestling, Bikini Bike Wash-(Proceeds to Testicular Cancer Research) Cool your mufflers and enjoy music from Casual Flyze, The Return, Delbert McClinton, the Memphis Yahoos and Grand Theft Audio Saturday night and vote during the Miss wild hog contest. Sunday will be the wrap up of the events with the Blessing of the Bikes led by Christian Motorcycle Association. Steele announced that donations have been contributed to King Biscuit Blues Festival, the Boys and Girls Club of Phillips County, Christian Motorcycle Association, CASA, Phillips County Library and Girl Scouts. “This year all tips earned at the saloon and tents will be donated to the Human Society of the Delta. Come one, come all to historic downtown Helena for the annual Wild Hog Festival. Support some worthy causes and help us donate to groups and organizations here in Helena-West Helena,” concluded Steele.
