Construction is underway

The Helena Renaissance Project has been well on its way as Door Creek Construction crew are working diligently to restore the Old Helena High School for the newly renovated fixed-income home for senior citizens. The project is detail to cost a whopping $4.1 million and is estimated to be completed in the next few months.

Apartment Details:
First floor: 10 apartment units which will include living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, elevator access, computer lab, managers office, game room, (outside) patio, picnic table, and gardening space

Second floor: 10 apartment units that will include living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and large community room

Third Floor: 10 apartment units that will include living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and outdoor terrace

Fourth Floor: 10 apartment units that will include living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and outdoor terrace

Added details include a skyline above the stairway and open patio space for outside comfort.
