Williams named HNB Scholarship at PCCUA

Blan Williamson, of Elaine, is the new recipient of the Helena National Bank Scholarship at Phillips Community College of the University of Arkansas (PCCUA).
A graduate of Marvell Academy, Williamson is currently working toward a degree in education at PCCUA.
The Helena National Bank Scholarship was established in 1995 to provide educational opportunities for the people of this area. The scholarship provides $500 each fall and spring semester for two consecutive years.
Students selected to receive this scholarship must be Phillips County residents and maintain a 3.0 cumulative GPA while attending Phillips College.
