Attie Mae “Mae-Mae” Littleton, 85, of Helena, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 30, 2013 at Helena. Mrs. Littleton was born Dec. 24, 1927 at Postell to the late Charlie Porter and the late Emma Morris Porter. She was a member of the Twin City Church of Christ.
She leaves a son, Jerry Littleton (Judy) of Helena and Pocahontas; three grandchildren, James Ethan Littleton of Turner, Marty Hogan (Jillian) of Pocahontas and Michael Hogan (Marissa) of Pocahontas; three great-grandchildren, Madalyn Hogan, Hailey Hogan and Wyatt Hogan; a special niece, Kathy; a special friend, Tracy Griffin, whom she loved as a grandson; a special family friend, Larry Smith; and numerous nieces, nephews and a multitude of friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, James Luther Littleton, sisters, Lou Ella Gamble and Viola Dortch, brothers, L. J. Ray, Wilford Ray, Dotson Porter and W.H. “Peanut” Porter.
Services for Attie Mae Littleton will be held 2 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 2 at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home. Visitation will be Friday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home. Burial will be in Cypert Cemetery at Marvell.
Pallbearers are Tracy Griffin, Ethan Littleton, Marty Hogan, Michael Hogan, Jimmy Floyd and Doug Floyd. Honorary pallbearers are Buron Griffin Sr., Brooks Griffin, Frank Griffin Jr., Dr. Pat Bell, Dr. Sandy Winston and Buron Griffin Jr.
