Public library to offer free adult digital literacy courses

Thanks to connect Arkansas the Phillips County Public Library will be able to offer free adult digital literacy courses.
The courses will be held Tuesday, Jan. 29 and Wednesday, Jan. 30. The classes slated for Jan. 29 focuses on Internet basics. The classes set for Jan. 30 will deal with basic emailing.
