Funeral services for Phyllis Motton Vincent will be held 11 a.m.Saturday, Jan. 19 at Miracle Temple M.B. Church.
Reverend Hicks will officiate.
Visitation will be held from noon to 6 p.m. in the Stephens Funeral Home chapel.
Burial will be held in Oak Grove Cemetery in Helena-West Helena.
Phyllis Motton Vincent was born Feb. 24, 1957 to the late Bessie and Joe Dean Motton Sr. She confessed a hope in Christ at an early age at First Baptist M.B. Church. Later she became a member of Miracle Temple M.B. Church, where she served as a faithful member and lead songs in choir. She also served as a supervisor of the young peoples' department.
She was employed as a certified nursing assistant for many years.
Her parents, Joe Dean Motton Sr. and Bessie Motton, sisters Elizabeth Frye, Linda Young, Wash Motton and Dorothy Love, precede Phyllis in death.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her daughter, Romelia Walker of Helena-West Helena; two sons, Deon Fitzgerald and Cornell Vincent of Helena-West Helena; four Sisters, Delorestine Adams, Carl Dean Brown, Connie Smith and Gloria Reed; two grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
Services are entrusted to Stephens Funeral Home.
