  • Funeral services for Regina Ann Vann will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 29 at the New Zion MB Church. Rev. Walter L. Debro Jr. will officiate.
    Visitation will be 3 to 5 p.m. Friday, Dec. 28 in the Robert Lee Brown Memorial Chapel. Burial will be at New Zion Cemetery.

    Regina Ann Vann was born Feb. 17, 1957 to the late J.P. and Murlean Vann.

    Regina confessed a hope in Christ at an early age. She later became a faithful member of St. John M.B. Church until her death.

    Regina is preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Charles Murray.

    Regina leaves to cherish her memory, three children, Takisha Wilson, Dana Wilson and Lawrence Vann; 6 grandchildren, Kevyuntae, Nikayla, Montaveus, Demarji, Kyjuan and Kah'Deja; eight brothers, Calvin (Toni) Vann, Rickey Vann, Jerome (Lou Ann) Vann, Rev. Alfonzo (Tamara) Vann, Carl (Virginia) Vann, Melvin Vann, Henry Lee Vann and Rev. Lindsey Vann; three sisters, Jacqueline Vann, Murlean Vann and Sally Ann Connelly; and special friends, Velma Tate, Jimmie Wright, Flemmie Montague and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
