The Arkansas baseball team has earned another top 25 preseason

ranking as the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association ranked the

Razorbacks 24th in its preseason poll released on Monday.

Razorbacks 24th in its preseason poll released on Monday.
 
The Hogs have now been slotted at No. 24 in a pair of preseason listings. Arkansas
was also 24th in the preseason USA Today/ESPN Coaches Poll.  

Arkansas, which opened preseason practice last Friday, returns 13 letterwinners
and four starters from the 2010 team. The Razorbacks finished last season with a
43-21 overall record and advanced to the NCAA Super Regionals for the second
consecutive season.
 
The NCBWA poll, which ranks 35 teams in its preseason ranking, includes seven
teams from the Southeastern Conference. Florida (3rd), Vanderbilt (4th) and South
Carolina (8th) were each ranked in the top 10. LSU checked in at No. 19, while
Auburn was selected 23rd. Alabama was ranked 28th in the poll.
 
 Arkansas opens the 2011 regular season February 18, in the first of a three-game
series against Delaware State.
